CONTENTS
When a Customer visits converseRight.com or sends e-mails to us, he or she is communicating with us electronically. ConverseRight communicates with the Customer by e-mail. The Customer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to him/her electronically satisfy any requirement that such communications are via email. The Customer agrees that the email address provided by him/her will be a valid email address that the customer uses and checks regularly. This email address should be the designated email address which the Customer uses for the sending and receiving of any and all emails to and from converseRight. Examples of the types of emails that may be sent by converseRight includes, but are not limited to, the confirmation of the Customer’s class booking, invoices and receipts for the Customer’s payments, and any notifications from converseRight. These include answers to questions, or other communication regarding the Customer’s classes or the Service. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to check the Customer’s email, including the "SPAM" folder (or any other folder that filters emails), in anticipation of these emails. Further, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify converseRight in the event the Customer does not receive an anticipated email as soon as the Customer is aware that the Customer has not received the anticipated email. The Customer should note that the confirmation email will be sent immediately to the Customer’s provided email address upon submission of the Class Booking Form.

Converseright Responsibility
Any discussion during the lesson, between the conversation partner and customer is kept confidential and will not be revealed to any other, not even convers right management. However, tour conversation partner has the right to decline discussing topics that are inflammatory to any individuals, groups, political parties or gender. At any point of time, your conversation partner has the right to terminate the conversation if he/she finds that the conversation is taking an alarming or ugly turn.  
a. The Customer’s Responsibility
By using this Service, the Customer accepts responsibility for all documents, materials, or information the Customer sends, communicates transmits or submits, or that the Customer authorizes a third party to send, communicate transmit or submit, to converseRight. These materials include, but is not limited to, articles, pictures, video clips, or any electronic files of any kind, including those sent as attachments to [email protected].


 - Offensive materials or topics
As a customer of converseRight, it is your responsibility to focus your discussion not on topics that are inflammatory or racially, sexually, politically or criminally offensive. You have the responsibility not to upload photographs, articles, referencse to websites that are offensive in general. 

b.ConverseRight's Responsibility
ConverseRight has the right to decline discussing topics that are inflammatory to any individuals, groups, political parties or gender. At any point of time, your conversation partner has the right to terminate the conversation IF he/she finds that the conversation is taking an alarming or ugly turn.

Once the customer books a class either Package 1 or Package 2, and conversight blocks the day/time, then the customer has to honor the arrangement. In case the customer decides to cancel class, then an email has to be sent to [email protected] no later than 24 hours.  The customer has to then reschedule the class/es at a later time that is convenient to both the customer and conversright. We do not accept last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours).

V. PAYMENT

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to pay the full amount when the customer receives a PayPal invoice and accepts the quote as presented in the invoice. 

VI. WHEN THE SUBMISSION BECOMES A CONTRACT

a. Stage 1: Proposal

The Customer’s sends an email to [email protected] providing dates/times of lessons he/she wishes to register for. . At this point, the submission will be considered as a proposal only.  The booking will be confirmed only after payment is made.  

b. Stage 2: Contract 

The Customer’s submission and the subsequent payment of charges will become a binding contract between the Customer and converseRight. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer’s payment must be complete before the classes begin with converseright. 

VII. SHOWING UP LATE
If you do not appear or are not available at the scheduled time, your conversation partner will wait for you for 10 minutes. However if you still do not show up at the end of 10 minutes, that particular class will be cancelled and you will have to book for a make-up class. The same is true when your conversation partner shows up late to class. In the latter situation, your conversation partner will contact you and you arrange a make up class at a mutually convenient time.
