If for some reason, you want to cancel your class, you will be able to do so anytime with a notice of 48 hours or more prior to your lesson time. We will then remove your name from our class schedule and return 100% of your money. But if you cancel your lesson with less than 48 hours notice, only 50% of your money will be refunded. Similarly, if your conversation partner has to cancel the class at any point of time after payment is made, your entire payment will be refunded OR if you like you can rebook at a later time and the payment will be adjusted.

We do not accept last minute cancellations (less than 12 hours prior to your class time. In such a case, you will have to forego the payment you made). The same is true if your conversation partner cancels the classes

VIII. SHOWING UP LATE
If you do not appear or are not available on the phone at the scheduled time, your conversation partner will wait for you for 15 minutes. However if you still do not show up at the end of 15 minutes, that particular class will be cancelled and you will have to book for a make-up class. The same is true when your conversation partner shows up late to class. In the latter situation, your conversation partner will contact you and you arrange a make up class at a mutually convenient time.
